Hyde Nursing Home is owned by Mr & Mrs Biju. Our mission statement is to provide an excellent delivery of quality care and service, within a homely environment, ensuring that the privacy, dignity, independence, choice, rights and fulfilment of our service users are fully met.

Each persons’ assessed needs are met by experienced, well-trained and friendly staff. The comfort, care and well-being of our service users is our number one priority. We will never forget that each service user has individual needs and this will always be uppermost in our minds when planning their care.

I, Mathew Biju am the registered owner/manager of Treetops. I am a Registered General Nurse and also a Registered Mental Nurse (RGN, RMN). I have successfully completed the Registered Managers Award, dementia care My wife, Mrs Beena Biju also works in the capacity of a clinical nurse (RGN). She has completed Level 5 training in Leadership and Management.

There are nursing staffs on duty 24 hours a day. Their primary role is to ensure that service users receive appropriate nursing care. All our staff are expected to have NVQ level 2 training or above or to sign up to work towards completing this training. They are also required to undertake training in dementia care, moving/handling, infection control, food hygiene, safeguarding, mental capacity/ DOLS, fire and end of life care. By gaining these qualifications all staff are trained to provide a high quality of care. We regularly support staff to undertake additional studies or training, ensuring that we can continuously develop the standards of care provided.
